Workplace health infrastructure for Norwegian and European employers

Workplace health infrastructure is the combined capacity an organisation needs to handle biological variation as system design — not as individual exception handling. STÖ Group AS combines regulated products, distribution channels, privacy-by-design technology and international standards participation so employers can document readiness without exposing individuals.

    What workplace health infrastructure covers

Four layers: regulated product (CE-marked medical device, class IIA), access through pharmacy and grocery channels, governance technology that analyses policy documents, and an institutional standards position through ISO/TC 283.

The layers are interdependent: product without access solves nothing, access without documentation does not meet OHS requirements, and documentation without standardisation risks becoming outdated before rollout.

    OHS and biological variation

Menstrual health and menopause are predictable biological factors affecting the workforce. When the workplace has no infrastructure to handle them, the burden falls on individuals — and therefore on HR, OHS leads and managers.

Infrastructure means handling these needs systemically, in line with GDPR Art. 9, the Norwegian internal control regulation and the forthcoming ESRS S1.

    Why it matters now

The forthcoming ISO 45010 standard, EU sustainability reporting on own workforce and stricter enforcement of internal control are moving workplace health from welfare into governance.

Organisations building infrastructure now will not have to react when documentation requirements arrive. STÖ Group provides the building blocks through its four entities.
