ISO 45010 in Norway
ISO 45010:2026 was published on 7 September 2026. It gives guidance on menstrual and menopausal health in OHS management systems. Norway takes part in the work through Standard Norge committee SN/K 551, the Norwegian mirror committee for ISO/TC 283.

Norwegian participation
Nicolai Bjerknes Slinning is a Working Group Expert in ISO/TC 283/WG 6, which is revising ISO 45001. He took part as Working Group Expert in ISO/TC 283/WG 10, which developed ISO 45010:2026. He was nominated to both by Standards Norway through its mirror committee SN/K 551 on occupational health and safety management systems, where he is a participant. Participation is in a personal capacity, and this content does not represent ISO, ISO/TC 283 or Standards Norway.
STÖ GROUP AS is a member of SN/K 551. Membership does not mean that ISO, Standards Norway or the committee approves or recommends STÖ's products.
What the standard means for employers
Employers can use ISO 45010 as a reference in the systematic OHS work they already carry out under the Norwegian Internal Control Regulations.
Limits
ISO 45010:2026 is a guidance standard. Organisations cannot be certified to it.
