What ISO 45010 is

ISO 45010 was developed in ISO/TC 283, Working Group 10 (WG 10), and connects menstrual and menopausal health to OHS management systems (the ISO 45001 family).

It gives Norwegian and European employers a recognised framework for documenting readiness without collecting individual health data. ISO 45010 is a guidance standard and is not certifiable.
