STÖ GROUP AS

Building workplace health infrastructure for a new compliance era.

STÖ Group combines regulated medical devices, distribution channels, privacy-by-design technology and international standards participation to make biological variation manageable as workplace infrastructure — not individual exception handling.

Infrastructure designed without processing individual health data

Workplace health is becoming part of governance, documentation and compliance.

New standards, privacy requirements and social reporting expectations are making it insufficient to handle predictable biological needs through ad hoc accommodation. Organisations need infrastructure that can document readiness without exposing individuals.

This shift turns workplace health from an HR and welfare matter into a governance, documentation and compliance matter — opening a market for infrastructure providers that can operate within strict privacy boundaries.

    ISO 45010

International standard under development — menstrual and menopausal health in OHS management.

    GDPR Art. 9

Strict limits on processing health data. Requires architectural solutions, not exemptions.

    Internal control regulation

Norwegian requirement for systematic OHS work and documented readiness.

    ESRS S1

EU sustainability reporting on own workforce — requires aggregated, auditable data.

Four entities. One unified group strategy.

STÖ Group is a holding company that owns and develops regulated product, technology and commercial entities within workplace health infrastructure. Each entity has a distinct role and a distinct audience.

Available in 600+ pharmacies (Apotek 1, Boots Apotek), with grocery and workplace channels in development.

    03

    Governance & infrastructure layer

Policy, access, compliance, documentation and privacy — without processing individual health data.

Five audiences. Five questions. One framework.

CHROs, OHS leads, legal counsel, CFOs and investors read this group with different questions. Here is what STÖ Group answers each of them.

    Employer / HR

How do we reduce friction without processing personal data?

Policy gap analysis, anonymous access and aggregated documentation — implemented without individual case handling.

    OHS / legal

How do we avoid GDPR exposure?

Privacy-by-design architecture. Sydera Policy Scan analyses governance documents — not individuals or health data.

    CFO / executive

Why is this infrastructure, not welfare?

OPEX efficiency, reduced internal administration and documented readiness for emerging standards and ESRS S1.

    Investor

    Where is the scalability?

Four asset classes: regulated retail, grocery, enterprise governance technology and institutional standards position.

    Partner / distributor

How do product and channel connect?

Pharmacy, grocery, workplace access and Sydera Direct operate as coordinated channels for both product and infrastructure.

STÖ Group is an active contributor to the development of ISO 45010 — the forthcoming international standard for menstrual and menopausal health in OHS management systems. The work is carried out through ISO/TC 283, Working Group 10 (WG 10).

ISO 45010 is under development. Nationally, STÖ Group is represented in Standard Norge's expert committee SN/K 551 — the Norwegian mirror committee for ISO/TC 283. This work gives the group unique insight into the regulatory landscape shaping future requirements for Norwegian and European employers.

Recognised by Martin Cottam, former Chair of ISO/TC 283.

"This approach represents exactly the kind of evolution we need in international standards — moving from consensus-based opinion to a database of real evidence. Frankly, it could be transformational for standards."

    Our first commercial proof point.

STÖ Period Pain Relief is a CE-marked Class IIA medical device — a thermal heat patch developed for drug-free relief of menstrual pain. For the group, the product is both regulatory proof and commercial foundation: evidence that we can develop, certify and distribute a regulated product at scale.

The product is available in over 600 Norwegian pharmacies (Apotek 1 and Boots Apotek) and at stostore.no. Broad availability in Norwegian grocery retail is expected during 2026.

Sydera forms the group's governance and compliance layer.

SYDERA.io Technologies AS develops the Sydera infrastructure platform — a governance layer that finds the gap between OHS policy, privacy and universal design, by analysing governance documents without individual cases or health data.
