Sydera — the governance company in STÖ GROUP

HSE Scan (for small and medium-sized organisations) and Sydera Policy Scan (for larger organisations) are the same method: it reads an organisation's HSE procedures, employee handbook and policies against the requirements of the Norwegian Working Environment Act and ISO 45010 — and against ISO 45001 and ESRS S1 where they apply — and shows what is missing. The method is designed to avoid processing information about employees: the input is the organisation's own documents. The principle is measure the system, not the person: what affects many people, predictably, is solved in procedures and in the workplace, so that fewer cases have to be handled reactively, one employee at a time.
